345wn Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "345wn" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at 345wn.net, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and associated services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on 345wn or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account held in your name on 345wn, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Real Money Balance" refers to the PKR balance in your account derived from deposits and winnings that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to your account that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable bonus offer terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 345wn before processing withdrawals, including CNIC submission.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which accessing or using online gambling services is illegal under applicable national or local law.
• "Force Majeure" refers to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of 345wn, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory action, internet outages, or acts of war.

2. Eligibility & Registration

By registering an account on 345wn, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are true and will remain true for the duration of your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement enforced at the KYC verification stage. 345wn does not permit persons under 21 to hold accounts or place wagers under any circumstances.
2. You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
3. You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded from 345wn or any affiliated platform. Self-excluded individuals who attempt to re-register are in breach of these Terms.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any employee of 345wn or its affiliated companies.
6. All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on 345wn. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they use different email addresses, payment methods, or devices — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 345wn reserves the right to close all but the original account and void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 345wn strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling any available two-factor authentication. You must notify 345wn support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 345wn shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. 345wn reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing 30 days' prior written notice to the registered email address. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed without notice.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting 345wn support via live chat or the registered support email. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the originating payment method subject to standard KYC verification. Bonus Balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

345wn operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to your account transactions.

Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. 345wn does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, credit cards issued outside Pakistan, or payments originating from third-party accounts that do not match the name on your 345wn account.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100
• Maximum deposit: Subject to payment method limits and any account-level limits applied during KYC review.
• Deposit processing time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits reflect in your account within seconds. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 2 business hours.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification status. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed full KYC (including CNIC submission and verification) may not be able to process withdrawals. 345wn reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation — such as proof of address or source of funds — at any stage of the verification process.

Deposits that have not been wagered at least once are not eligible for direct withdrawal and may be subject to a processing fee at 345wn's discretion. This provision is in place to prevent financial instrument misuse and is standard practice across licensed gaming platforms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

345wn offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as the specific terms stated in each individual bonus offer at the time of opt-in. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific bonus offer's terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for that promotion.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, initial KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer will clearly state the applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 30x the bonus amount), the eligible games, the game contribution rates (e.g., slots may contribute 100% while table games may contribute at a lower rate), and the expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be fulfilled.
• Bonus Balances and any winnings generated from Bonus Balances cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a Bonus Balance is active and the wagering requirement has not been met, 345wn reserves the right to deduct the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings prior to processing the withdrawal.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use. 345wn reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player is exploiting bonus structures or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies to clear wagering requirements without genuine recreational play.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a Bonus Balance is active. Bets exceeding the stated maximum bonus bet (typically Rs 500 per round or spin) during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.

345wn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms that applied at the time of opt-in.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on 345wn are provided by certified third-party software studios. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and verified to produce fair, unbiased outcomes. 345wn does not manipulate game outcomes in any way and has no mechanism to do so.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 345wn and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological aid designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or on the sportsbook.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of software errors, display glitches, or calculation faults. Any winnings accrued as a result of a known software fault are void and will be reversed.
• Chip dumping, match fixing, or any form of intentional manipulation of game results.
• Use of VPN, proxy services, or other technical means to disguise your true geographic location or to circumvent access restrictions.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times (bonus abuse).

345wn employs fraud detection systems that monitor gameplay patterns, transaction behaviour, and login metadata. Accounts flagged by these systems may be placed under review, during which time withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. Players under review will be notified via their registered email address.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The 345wn sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including PSL cricket betting, international cricket (Test, ODI, T20I), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the stated odds are locked.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per selection are set by 345wn and may vary by market, sport, and event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. 345wn reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during periods of high activity or when the integrity of a market is in question.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), 345wn reserves the right to void affected bets, regardless of whether they have been settled. A palpable error is defined as an odds price that is clearly inconsistent with the true market price due to a technical fault.
• Bets on events that are postponed, abandoned, or cancelled without resumption within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time will be voided, and stakes will be returned to Player accounts.
• For cricket matches shortened by weather or other external factors, settlement rules follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable. Markets not covered by DLS will be settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account upon official settlement of the relevant event. 345wn uses official results as published by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., PCB for PSL matches) as the basis for settlement.

8. Responsible Gaming

345wn is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can develop from recreational entertainment into a harmful pattern of behaviour. The following tools and policies are in place to support all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Reminders: Players may activate session time reminders that display a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, login access is disabled and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from 345wn at any time by contacting support. Once a permanent self-exclusion is processed, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. 345wn will take reasonable technical steps to prevent re-registration by self-excluded individuals.
• Reality Check: The platform displays cumulative session information including time spent and net gaming activity to help Players maintain awareness of their gaming behaviour.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

345wn collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 345wn includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, residential address, contact details (email and phone), payment method details, and gameplay and transaction history. This data is used for account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and where consented, marketing communications.

345wn does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, fraud detection providers) solely for the purpose of delivering the Platform's services. All such providers are bound by data processing agreements consistent with applicable data protection standards.

Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting 345wn support. Data deletion requests may be subject to applicable legal retention obligations, particularly where data is required for AML compliance purposes. 10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 345wn platform — including but not limited to software code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text content, trademarks, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 345wn or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 345wn.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Using any 345wn trademark, logo, or brand asset for any commercial purpose or in any manner that implies endorsement without written consent.
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content or game software.

Unauthorised use of 345wn intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability. 345wn actively monitors for intellectual property infringement and will pursue appropriate legal remedies where necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 345wn shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, Force Majeure events, or regulatory action.
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any third-party actions including but not limited to payment processing delays, internet service interruptions, or device-level technical failures that affect access to the Platform.
• Any error in game outcomes that has been corrected in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms.

In all cases where 345wn is found to be liable, the maximum aggregate liability of 345wn to any individual Player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 345wn's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation would be unlawful.

12. Amendments to Terms

345wn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Player rights, bonus terms, payment conditions, or account management rules — 345wn will provide at least 14 days' prior notice via the registered email address associated with your account.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or additions of new game categories) may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 3. Any Real Money Balance will be returned subject to standard KYC verification.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 345wn's international gaming licence jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you agree that any dispute arising from or connected to these Terms or your use of 345wn shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out below.

Internal Complaint Process: In the first instance, all disputes and complaints must be submitted to 345wn's customer support team. Complaints should be submitted in writing (via live chat transcript or email to [email protected]) and must include your account username, a description of the dispute, the date(s) on which the relevant event(s) occurred, and any supporting evidence you wish to rely upon.

345wn will acknowledge receipt of a written complaint within 48 hours and will aim to provide a full written response within 14 business days. Complex complaints involving transaction investigations may require up to 28 business days for full resolution.

External Dispute Resolution: If a complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction following the internal complaint process, you may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by 345wn's licensing authority. Details of the applicable external dispute resolution body are available upon request from 345wn support.

Pending the outcome of any dispute, 345wn reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to affected account balances. This suspension does not constitute an admission of liability.
